Photography that feels effortless, but never basic
Hey, I’m Lewis — a Scottish wedding photographer based in the UK, photographing weddings across Scotland, England and Europe.
My approach is around 90% documentary, with an editorial eye for the way things look and feel. I’m drawn to the big moments, but just as interested in everything happening around them. The reactions, the interactions, the questionable dance moves and all the little things that make your wedding yours.
I’m not going to spend the day pulling you away from your guests or turning everything into a photo opportunity. I’m there to pay attention, anticipate what’s happening and photograph it as it unfolds. I’ll give you a bit of direction when it makes sense, especially for portraits, but otherwise, you can get on with having a bloody good wedding.
The result is a collection of photographs that feels like your day, full of personality, atmosphere and moments you might have missed along the way.
You get to enjoy your wedding in full, not spend it performing for the camera. I’ll be there to capture it all.

We did a pre wedding photo shoot with Lewis before our wedding and it was the best thing we could do. He made us feel so comfortable on the day of our wedding and put us first on the day and how we felt. Made everything feel effortless but was still able to get amazing photos of us and our day.
